The mission of Statewide Outreach Services for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deaf-Blind is to ensure that all Deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind students, ages birth-21, throughout the state of Delaware have access to their educational environment, become confident self-advocates, and become active participants in their schools and communities. Through a continuum of services, Statewide Outreach ensures the professionals and families, in collaboration with local, state, and national agencies, have the resources and skills to support the students to achieve their maximum abilities in the areas of academics, communication, language, and social-emotional skills.
